This Japanese specialty made from Sencha green tea and roasted whole grain rice scores with a soft, sweet taste and warm, malty, almost nutty roasted aromas. Nevertheless, it does not lose the fresh green nuances of the base tea. The light yellow-green cup gives off a pleasant scent of rice.
