Pepper, white pepper whole organic

White pepper is made by harvesting the fully ripe, orange-red berries, packing them in large sacks and soaking them in water for about a week. This softens the flesh and allows it to be washed away, leaving the white pepper seeds. White pepper is milder than black pepper and has its own aroma.
