BITTER are beers brewed from light malts and English hops which, depending on the version, reveal a moderate or strong bitterness. The “Real Ale”, as the English call it, is served from a small barrel without pressure draw: the “Cask”, at room temperature and with a very low Sparkle. Our BITTER is the result of the know-how of our Brewers to obtain a beer with Resinous aromas with pronounced but balanced bitterness.
