Aperitif liqueur produced from the infusion of bitter plants, our bitter is the second creation of our distillery. Also of high-end artisanal production, our bitter goes perfectly with sparkling wines to obtain cocktails sparkling with flavors. Little brother of the Gin de Binche, our bitter is also 100% Belgian artisanal production, and this, only based on 100% natural ingredients. The bitterness brought by gentian roots and cinchona is persistent, round and enhanced by the freshness of orange peel. No artificial flavors or colors. We stay in the world of carnival with this type of alcohol from Venice (the reddish color of the beverage and the blue borrowed by the logo are a reference to the Italian city). Rewarded only six weeks after its creation with a bronze medal in New York, in the “aperitifs” category which brings together a multitude of products that are difficult to compare, it is by its singular taste that it convinces. Moreover, the World Competition in Brussels awarded him Gold.
