HEFEWEIZEN are beers from beautiful Bavaria. They are brewed with wheat malt and barley malt and, thanks to the use of a specific yeast, they reveal fruity and spicy aromas. (When they are filtered, they become KRISTALWEIZEN). Our HEFEWEIZEN combines the roundness of barley and wheat malts with subtle aromas of banana and vanilla brought by the yeast. Its sparkle is fine and its texture silky.
