Bag in Box Cider - Real Sussex Vintage Perry / Pear Cider - 20L

BAG IN A BOX - 20 litres Pop and pour a box of cider with dispensing tap, (also perfect for parties and social gatherings and for cider fans to enjoy at leisure). Once popped, the cider will last for a few weeks, longer if refridgerated. We make our ciders in small batches including at least one Perry or Pear Cider each year. Each batch is limited and we will supply one example of our current open varieties. Our ciders are made from waste local apples. They are wild fermented and slow matured for at least a year. They are unpasteurised, unfiltered and uncarbonated. This approach results in light, clear, complex ciders. We offer an Eastern Counties or New World stlye using predominantly eating and cooking varietes with a percentage of cider fruit. This results in crisp, acidic and fresh ciders with complexity and funkiness provided by the long maturation period and varieties used. Each batch we make is unique and limited to a maximum of 1000l. STYLE: Perry or Pear Cider, Real Cider. STRENGTH: Typically 6-7.2% ABV, this varies by batch YEAR: from 2019 onwards ATTRIBUTES: Gluten Free, Unfiltered, Unfined, Vegan, Vegetarian.
