Our wild strawberries are delicately picked by hand in the undergrowth of one of the most intact forests in Europe, at the foot of the Dinaric Alps mountain range. We chose a whole wild wild strawberry, simply sweetened with apple juice. It is much better than a cultivated fruit, in pieces and/or softened with sugar/sucrose, and we thus respect the multiple properties of the wild strawberry.
