Our wild blackberries are delicately picked by hand in the undergrowth of one of the most intact forests in Europe, at the foot of the Dinaric Alps. We have chosen a wild bramble, not to be confused with the black mulberry (or black mulberry) of the black mulberry (Morus nigra), nor with its close cousin the white mulberry (or mulberry) fruit of the white mulberry (Morus alba , commonly silkworm mulberry), simply dried and sweetened with apple juice. We thus avoid counterbalancing (by adding sugar/sucrose or oil for example) its many properties, and highlight its unique taste. Rediscover this superfruit!
