100% organic deodorized coconut oil. Latin name: Cocos nucifera fruit oil Contains no additives or adjuvants. Manufacturing: The coconuts are stripped of their pulp which is dried then pressed in a worm screw press in first cold pressing without any intervention of solvent or chemical products. The oil thus obtained is filtered and then deodorized by a process of injecting steam under vacuum. Use: To be used preferably in cooking or frying for sweet and savory preparations. Store in a dry and cool place, away from light and heat. This vegetable oil crystallizes at a temperature below 25°C. Nutritional interest: This oil has interesting nutritional qualities, it contains 48% lauric acid (essential fatty acid for health contained in breast milk). This product is part of a vegan, vegetarian diet and is suitable for people with lactose and gluten intolerance. Origin: Sri Lanka or Philippines: Product processed in Sri Lanka or the Philippines and obtained exclusively from coconuts grown in Sri Lanka or the Philippines.
