Organic apple cider vinegar*. *from organic farming Manufacturing: Cider vinegar results from the acetic fermentation of apple cider which takes place by the transformation of the alcohol contained in the apple cider into acetic acid in the presence of oxygen. The vinegar thus obtained does not undergo any pasteurization. The vinegar is then stored in oak barrels to be then filtered before being packaged. Use: To be used as a seasoning in salads or on raw vegetables. Store in a dry and cool place, away from light and heat (max 28°). After opening, store at room temperature. Date of Minimum Durability: product not subject to MDD. Nutritional interest: This product is part of a vegan, vegetarian diet and is suitable for people intolerant to lactose and gluten.
