Organic whole black olives with Provence herbs in a 100% recyclable jar

Biorgan olives come from our olive grove in Morocco, at the foot of the Atlas. The fruits are harvested manually when ripe. After sorting by hand and rinsing, the olives are put in large vats of coarse salt to debitter them. They are stirred regularly for several months.
