White spirit vinegar* *from organic farming Manufacturing: Alcohol vinegar results from the acetic fermentation of alcohol vinegar which takes place by the transformation of the alcohol contained in the alcohol vinegar into acetic acid in the presence of oxygen. The vinegar thus obtained does not undergo any pasteurization. The vinegar is then stored to be packaged. Use: To be used as a seasoning in salads or on raw vegetables and for household use. Store in a dry and cool place, away from light and heat (max 30°). After opening, store at room temperature. Date of Minimum Durability: product not subject to MDD.
