BULK natural black olives

BULK: 1 Kg net drained bag x 6 units per box Our black olives are harvested by hand from December to January at full maturity. They are rinsed with clean water then sorted. In order to debitter them, they are put in vats by alternating layers of sea salt and olives, this allowing the olives to “disgorge”. The manufacturing time is approximately 8 months. Then, they undergo several rinses with clean water before putting them in barrels for shipping. These olives do not require brine for their preservation. For their preparation and packaging, all our olives are shipped to us in Provence. Guaranteed ancestral method, recipe without citric acid and caustic soda. Origin Morocco.
