Red wine vinegar*. *from organic farming Manufacturing: Red wine vinegar results from the acetic fermentation of red wine which takes place by the transformation of the alcohol contained in the red wine into acetic acid in the presence oxygen. The vinegar thus obtained does not undergo any pasteurization. The vinegar is then stored in oak barrels to be then filtered before being packaged. Use: To be used as a seasoning in salads or on raw vegetables or in your dishes in sauce. Store in a dry and cool place, away from light and heat (max 28°). After opening, store at room temperature. Date of Minimum Durability: product not subject to MDD. Nutritional interest: This product is part of a vegan, vegetarian diet and is suitable for people intolerant to lactose and gluten.
