Savoy vinegar - red wine

This red wine vinegar is produced from Savoie wines (mondeuse and gamay grape varieties) using the traditional Orléans method.   Given time, the oxygen in the air naturally transforms the wine into vinegar.   This slow method allows us to preserve all the aromas from the grapes, which gives our production an incomparable flavor.   3 months in oak barrels are necessary to obtain this quality.
