With the cultivation of crossions, small acidic apples, the Savoyard terroir gives pride of place to cider and its vinegar.   Our product is obtained from double fermentation using the traditional method.   This slow and natural process gives this unpasteurized cider vinegar taste and nutritional qualities. Apple cider vinegar has always been recognized for its benefits for the body.
