Our olive oil is very mild and fruity. Harvested by hand, strictly following traditional methods, it is also made with a single Tunisian olive variety (Chemlali). Cold-pressed at low temperatures, this ancestral technique produces a very high-quality oil, preserving all the benefits of the fruit, its fruity aromas, and its exceptional smoothness. An intense taste experience guaranteed for all dishes and palates. Our oil received a score of 19 and a medal at the 2024 International Olive Oil Competition (IOOC). Cold pressed, early and hand harvested, single origin, never blended, not brewed.
