In weizen-bock style, Santa Kauss is a highly complex winter-Christmas beer reminiscent of both styles. Intense brown color, warm and round, powerful sweet and fruity notes on the nose as well as a strong alcoholic note. In the mouth, malty, caramel, dried fruit and banana flavors are appreciated. The hop bitterness is well balanced and makes it dry in the finish, after a delicately acidic passage. A great beer for parties and cold winter evenings.
