Delicious soft and delicious financiers 100% local ingredients.   A soft texture, an authentic taste of roasted hazelnut for an airy and delicious biscuit.   Without forgetting this little hint of fleur de sel which enhances the taste of our local ingredients.    Our artisanal recipes are delicious and generous: we put more than 16% of South West hazelnuts in our biscuits, and we roast them ourselves, in our workshop, in order to enhance their aromas. We only work with French ingredients, in order to help offer our partner producers a stable and remunerative income.
