Spring honey is our soft set variety. Creamy & light, it’s foraged from rapeseed, hawthorn and plum blossom in Somerset and is the perfect honey for spreading on your morning toast. Each jar states the name of the beekeeper and area where the hives are kept. This honey has been analysed for pollen types - from largest to smallest quantities: Rapeseed, Vetch, Hawthorn, Maple, Cherry Tree, Plum Tree, Sweet Chestnut, Common Knapweed, Thistle, Oak & Buttercup.
