Renamed from our Festive honey, this Winter Ivy honey combines fresh, herbal and lightly menthol flavours with a sweet, ripe finish. Light in colour but a heavyweight in flavour. Ivy honey crystallises rapidly which means it sets in the jar. Definitely not a runny honey! Sourced from hives on Salisbury Plain Store at room temperature
