Blade: Martensitic stainless steel blades, with high Chromium content, with excellent mechanical characteristics. Handle: Depending on the model, the handles are made of different materials.   There is a wide variety: compressed wood sheets impregnated with phenolic resin, stainless steel and polypropylene.   Materials that are water resistant and have great hardness, so that the piece is not affected by continued use of the dishwasher. The rivets can be stainless steel wax drop, brass or aluminum tongue and groove, depending on the model.
