Clara Chef Knife

At Arcos we set ourselves a challenge two years ago: to be able to offer a haute cuisine knife adapted to everyone's economy.   This is how Clara was born, this series of knives that bring the world of professional cooking closer to every home.Chef's knife with a 200 mm blade, forged in a single piece, without any type of welding.   Its steel is NITRUM, our nitrogen steel formula, which gives the blade greater hardness, greater cutting power and improved edge durability.Handle made of Polypropylene (PP), a hygienic material, very light and resistant to shocks, chemicals and high temperatures.   It is joined to the blade through the injection process, achieving a solid, robust and inseparable knife.
