At the origin of BMD, there is a pastry chef and cook who for 20 years made gourmet, varied and gluten-free recipes for his son with celiac disease.
LOCAL PRODUCTION AND SHORT CIRCUIT: 100% artisanal manufacture in France, in the heart of Perche, in Rémalard.
Most of the ingredients are sourced locally, especially on the farm! Of course, some ingredients do not come from the region and others come from abroad (and no, we do not yet grow cocoa in France.) In this case fair trade is privileged as much as possible!
