CANIBAL CHARDONNAY 75 CL

ELABORATION Chardonnay grape. Aged 7 months in French oak barrels and later 6 months in bottle. Harvested by hand in August. Destemmed and pressed. fermented at controlled temperature for 26 days and at a density of 1000 lo we put in 500l French oak barrels where it will finish to ferment. Natural wine with indigenous yeasts. TASTING Intense yellow colour. On the nose: banana, pear and very complex and elegant nose. On the palate: Good acidity on the palate, dense and elegant on the palate. PAIRING White meats and any type of rock fish.
