ELABORATION Grape selected from the vineyards grown at a higher altitude than the variety Syrah (85%) and Merlot (15%). Crushed and destemmed at low revs in order to maintain integrity of the grape Cryo pre-fermentative maceration at very low temperatures. Start of fermentation at 18oC and control of temperature never higher than 30º C. When the extraction has been enough, it is uncovered and it goes on to make the fermentation malolactic with the fine lees. The aging process lasts between 4 and 6 months depending on the vintage and in Bordeaux barrels of French and American oak. TASTING A wine made solely from Syrah grapes. It stands out for its breadth in the mouth, as well as the sensation refreshing and silky that leaves on the palate and invites keep drinking. Ruby red color with cardinal iridescences, dense aspect with thick tears On the nose it is intense, clean, direct. With representatives of multiple aromatic ranges in continuous evolution and variation. A balsamic touch and without tiring the sense of smell. Representatives of three aromatic origins parade, coffee, cedar, cocoa, raspberry, blackberry, ink, white pepper, pink pepper, rosemary...Complex, clean and intense. A luxury for the sense of smell.
