Pure biodynamic hemp tea

Winner of Holistic Health Product of the Year 2022! Lovely biodynamic hemp tea, handpicked, sorted and dried on Bornholm. The hemp tea consists of the dried leaves and flowers from the hemp plant and is a variety of the EU-registered industrial hemp, which is characterized by not having a euphoric effect. Hemp tea has a mild, slightly spicy taste and is an excellent lunch - or evening tea or just for a quiet moment. Prepare the tea with boiling water and let it steep for 10 - 12 minutes and enjoy a moment of peace and contemplation. Tea sommelier Alicia Gentili describes the hemp tea as follows: absolutely pure in both texture and taste, well-rounded, full/medium body, slightly bitter, not astringent (the astringent mouthfeel you know from some teas and red wines), notes of freshly ground pepper and marjoram, lively and slightly cooling aftertaste. Fragrance notes of lemon, thyme, bay leaves, marjoram, citra hops and pine. This hemp tea can also be brewed as a cold brew for the summer: 2 teaspoons/ 225 ml cold water/ 24 hours - this gives a clear and golden drink with sparkling particles, full flavor with notes of lemongrass, fresh thyme, and a slightly peppery aftertaste.
