Our deer fuet is handcrafted in the Montes Universales, within the mountain system of the Sierra de Albarracín, where the ideal climatic conditions for curing our sausages exist. Our factory is located in Guadalaviar, in the province of Teruel, at 1,500 meters of altitude. In this emblematic environment, sausages are made following tradition. The color of the fuet is typical of that of red meat and the intense and long-lasting flavor will surprise the most demanding palates. It can be served at room temperature and eaten with bread. You can also make countless dishes: fuet tartare, it can be used to top salads, and you can prepare pasta dishes, risottos ... In its variants, fuet is covered with pepper and natural aromas of spices (fuet a la pepper) or with dehydrated herbs and spices (fuet with fine herbs), giving it a different and exquisite flavor. Apart from being delicious, it is a food that contains phosphorus, calcium, potassium, magnesium and iron. In addition, it is also a source of protein. It is recommended to keep it in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight, so that it retains all its properties.
