In the Black Forest, Apros focus on the essentials. That’s why Apros Black Forest vermouths are natural and honest. Made with carefully selected wines from the Kaiserstuhl, where only Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir grapes are used for the production and enhanced with exciting botanicals and local wine distillates. The vinification takes place at the Weingut Freiherr von Gleichenstein. Base A Cuvée of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir with an ingenious balance between acidity and sweetness. Refined with mild-fruity aromas of pink pepper, the tangy-sweetness of angelica root and rosemary. Typical burgundy-style Rosé in colour, combining flavours of bitter orange, a mild spiciness and herbal character, with delicate bitter notes in a long and flowing finish. ‍ Main Botanicals Rosemary, pink pepper, orange peel, angelica root
