The Cuvée des Jonquilles is therefore a French beer which has a slightly dark and cloudy golden color in its glass, a symbol of refermentation in the bottle. The nose offers the taster a beautiful complexity between notes of yeast, floral hops and hints of caramel. After a malty attack, the mouth gives way to spices as well as a very beautiful final bitterness. A beer that is both tasty and superbly refreshing.
