Soon the sunny days and the heat! For the first seasonal beer of 2024, we have a surprise for you! 

A completely new style for the brewery, never before produced on our premises!   A Gose. Kesako?

A top-fermented beer, it is composed of 50% wheat malt to give it a sweetness on the palate, and with a small quantity of hops used only to bring this floral side.   The twist? 

This slightly acidic aromatic with a hint of salt and coriander! The deliberately provocative label and name of the Gose Ouvert beer are inspired by the Swedish-American film Midsommar released in 2019.
