Our idea behind La Burdigala and La Goupils has been the same since the beginning: to offer maximum pleasure by putting all our passion and know-how at the service of craft beers, clean, balanced, fine and with a real personality. For this, and in order to maintain our standards, we have equipped ourselves with technical tools which guarantee the quality of our beers:
⁃ We therefore have our own analysis laboratory which allows us to guarantee microbiological “purity”
⁃ Our own water treatment station in order to be able to adapt the water and mineral profile for each of our beers,
⁃ Propagators which allow us to use different yeast strains for each of our beers in order to give them a unique profile and signature.
But we don't just want to brew good beer. We also want to be as in tune as possible with our social and environmental convictions. This is why 100% of our beers are certified ORGANIC.
