KM200 is a “local beer”: through this recipe we want to highlight the North of France. In fact, all the ingredients are grown and processed less than 200 kilometers from the brewery!
 We are on a Pale Ale: it is a blond beer with a touch of bitterness. An addition of hops during fermentation is carried out on this beer, in order to give it a more present aroma. This beer has received AB certification and has 5.5% alcohol.     To taste we find citrus flavors. On the nose, it is rather the spicy and citrus side that stands out.  In terms of agreements: This beer goes wonderfully with a fillet of smoked salmon, braised pork or even Alsatian sauerkraut.
