The Melt® brewery offers you with its Golden Ale a thirsty blond beer, light with malty notes. Its fine bitterness with resinous and earthy notes is reminiscent of English Bitters (but less bitter!). Food & beer pairing: cold meats, poultry, slightly spicy Asian recipe (bo bun, dim sum).
