Five Spice - Pét-Nat kombucha

Inspired by the yin and yang of Chinese culture, we have developed a very special Limited Edition.   A slow-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurized kombucha with a unique blend of spices.    For its preparation we have selected 5 spices (Chinese?)such as Cinnamon, Ginger, Anise, Cloves and Fennel.   This is the famous mixture that follows the philosophy of yin and yang and seeks the balance of food and mixes the 5 basic flavors of cooking: sweet, sour, spicy, salty and bitter.   Although we warn you that we have done a little twist. 
 It is a delicate and subtle mixture that combines perfectly with the acidity of the kombucha.
