Salami mini braids 50g

The salami braids are small and delicate sausage specialties from the Breu butcher's shop in Furth im Wald, which are braided by hand from three thin strands of salami! The braids individually weigh approx. 17 grams and are available in packs of 3 (approx. 50 grams per pack). This article includes a total of 16 individual packs, i.e. 16 x 50 gram salami braids, which corresponds to a total weight of the salami of approx. 800 grams. 100 g salami braids are made from 180 g fresh meat (beef and pork). The product is ready to eat and can be eaten cold. A light, white coating on the surface can be eaten, these are salt crystals.
