Ridder Lodewijk is a Tripel with a perfect balance between the malt sweetness and the bitterness. The Cascade hops used give a subtle but fresh accent to the beer. The original recipe comes from Marco Geilings and has been further developed with permission. Preferably keep this beer cool and dark, this benefits the taste!
