The origin of the fabric has been lost in the centuries of Busatti's history. But we captured the emotions and stories of the rural housewives of the Tuscan hills who demanded particularly durable resistant fabrics. This is how the Pomegranate fabric was born. The popularity has been such that sales have since spread far beyond our hills and valleys. Evidence can be found in some local paintings from the late 1800s on dish towels and aprons. Our fabrics are yarn dyed (which means the yarn is dyed and not the whole fabric bolt) and the number of yarns (ie size and quality) are the first choice. That's why they get their best after a few washes, because they are born to last. Even for our embroideries, we used the same care, the same attention and the same passion.
