Bergamot is said to be one of the best stress busting oils with relaxing properties, while the scent of Lavender is often used to promote emotional calm and aid restful sleep. Perfect to lock in moisture after a bath or shower as part of a night time routine. Use sparingly, melt between palms & spread over body. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
