Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay Terroir: Grand Cru sur Chouilly, in the Côte des Blancs, a terroir recognized for the finesse of its Chardonnays. Collaboration with the artist Flouk The label of this limited edition cuvée was created by the artist from the Lille metropolis: Flouk. Excellency A part of the grapes is reserved each year by a prestigious Champagne house for the production of their great Blanc de Blancs cuvée. This family home has existed since the 19th century in Chouilly, near Épernay. Tasting Fine and gourmet champagne, with brioche aromas and notes of white fruits, supported by a delicate minerality. This "Brut" cuvée can be served as an aperitif as well as with seafood, fish or foie gras.
