FRENCH LUXURY Luc Belaire Luxe By Hidji is an authentic off-dry “Blanc de Blancs”. It is made from 100% Chardonnay, known for its rich and delicate character. This is a limited edition. Developed by the 5th and 6th generation of winegrowers within our House founded in 1898 whose oenological traditions are found in each bottle. Produced in the heart of Burgundy – a historic wine region, world renowned for the quality and finesse of its Chardonnay. The singularity of Belaire Luxe By Hidji comes from its dosage liqueur, based on Chardonnay, harvested from the very famous Chablis vineyard and aged for 6 months in oak barrels. On the palate, the taste experience underlines the perfect balance between softness and liveliness, highlighting its refreshing, fine and fruity power. All complemented by a lingering effervescence. WINE Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay Alcohol content: 12.5% Residual sugar: 40 g/L Acidity: 4.1g/l Serving temperature: 6° TASTING NOTES Refreshing, rich in aromas of grapefruit, peach, apricot, honeysuckle and some notes of brioche. A LUXURIOUS BOTTLE Our bottle is entirely covered with a “snow white” lacquer, adorned with our gold screen-printed coat of arms as well as a collar and muzzle treated with gold leaf. Quite the opposite of most brands that cover their bottles with a plastic "sleeve" and a paper label. The quality of the bottle of our Belaire Luxe is clearly a cut above.
