Grape: 100% Chardonnay Production technique: Our grapes, grown according to the Organic Farming Charter for almost ten years, are harvested manually, in 25 kg baskets. After pressing, fermentation and aging take place in oak barrels. Yield: 35hl/ha Alcohol content: 13%vol Tasting Notes: Adorned with a dazzling pale yellow color with golden reflections. The intense nose develops delicate aromas of brioche and fresh hazelnut. The palate is smooth, harmonious and its final vanilla touch will delight your taste buds. Tasting tips: Ideal temperature between 8°C and 10°C.
