Grape variety: 100% Carignan Vinification: Carbonic Maceration Our grapes are grown according to the organic farming charter. It is harvested at good maturity, manually, because of its conduct in goblet and the winemaking process; carbonic maceration. The latter makes it possible to obtain a supple and aromatic wine. Yield: 20hl/ha Alcohol content: 13%vol Tasting Notes: A beautiful purple dress. Nose of red fruits; cherry, blackberry, and Ente plum with a slight hint of spice. The palate is fresh and discreetly grainy at the end, with a pleasant balance. The aromas of the nose are found in the mouth, with a good length. Tasting tips: Ideal temperature between 15°C and 17°C. To be enjoyed within 3 years Food / wine pairing: To be enjoyed as an aperitif but also with grilled fish, lamb chops, roast poultry and fresh cheese.
