A light yet complex red wine to be served slightly chilled. "The pinnacle of finesse for a Carignan," according to the Revue du Vin de France. Grape Varieties: Carignan (80%), Lledoner Pelut (20%) Terroir: Pebble clay-limestone in the middle of the Aspres cru. Old Vines, 50 to 75 Years Old Yield / Production 15 hl/ha / 1,200 bottles Viticulture / Vinification Sustainable Agriculture / Sustainable Viticulture Organic fertilizer, no herbicides. Harvest and manual drawing. Carbonic maceration fermentation followed by barrel fermentation. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels aged for a few years. No gluing.
