Grape variety: 100% Mauzac Vinification: Traditional method Our grapes are grown according to the charter of organic farming, they are harvested manually in 25 kg baskets, they must be healthy and ripe. Yield: 35hl/ha Alcohol content: 13%vol Tasting Notes: Pale yellow color with discreet green reflections. Fresh nose of apple, William pear, with a hint of quince and white flowers. A supple attack on the palate, then a slight acidity that accompanies the evolution and the finish, giving a good overall balance. The aromas are identical to the nose with a hint of honey and citrus. Tasting tips: Ideal temperature between 6°C and 8°C. To be enjoyed within 2 years Food / wine pairing: Appreciate as an aperitif, with fine fish such as sea bass, scallops but also a goat or sheep tomme cheese.
