Yield: 35 hl/ha Alcohol content: 12.5%vol Tasting Notes: Adorned with a pretty ruby color, the nose of red fruits with aromas of cherries expresses itself to perfection. A palate with soft and supple tannins with spicy cinnamon-like notes. Tasting tips: Ideal temperature between 15 and 18°C. Aging: 2 to 6 years Food / wine pairing: This cuvée is perfect as an aperitif, with lamb tagines or soft cheeses.
