
The Pinot Noir "La Table des Rois" has a clear and brilliant red color which develops very marked notes of red fruits such as black cherry, blackberry or morello cherry on our clay-limestone soils. To allow it to fully release its aromas, you can aerate it by uncorking it two hours before tasting it. It is recommended on strong cheeses, white or grilled meats.
