Organic grapes, without fining, without added liquor or sulphites. • Aging: 12 months in barrels • Winemaking: Traditional Method • Taking Mousse: Native yeasts with must of year N+1 • Expedition Liqueur: 0 mg/ltr • Natural SO2 > 13 mg/ltr • sugar: 4 g/ltr • Respect of the winemaking charter for natural wines • Final degree 12.5° Advice It should be served chilled, around 8 degrees. So that it can fully release its aromas. Serve it in beautiful flutes.
