Elaboration This Brut Nature has sweet floral and chalky notes. Assembly 80% Pinot Noir 20% Chardonnay Aging: Aged first in stainless steel pressure tanks then a minimum of 7 years of draft. Age period: 8 years Features The Cuvée Génération Brut Nature is straw gold in color with a delicate cord of bubbles. The nose is marked by precise notes of honey, gingerbread, elderflower, tarragon and fennel. The palate is complex and clean with a minerality that expresses the terroir. Slowly unfolds on the finish, leaving citrus flavors well cut and appetizing. Tasting Best served at 8°C. Brut Nature goes perfectly with hot oysters, seafood and caviar. It also goes well with sashimi or sushi.
