ORGANIC CUVÉE CHAMPAGNE

A subtle blend of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, Cuvée BIO is a certified organic champagne with lively effervescence and lively acidity. The captivating berry flavors of Pinot Meunier blend perfectly with the sweetness and creaminess of oak-aged Chardonnay. Elaboration The Champagne Paul Laurent brut organic cuvée is a delicious fusion of the fruitiness of Pinot Meunier, the creaminess of Chardonnay and the additional complexity of aging in oak barrels. Assembly 60% Pinot Meunier 40% Chardonnay The Chardonnay is aged in oak barrels then blended with Pinot Meunier. The blend is then aged in stainless steel tanks under pressure before printing, which requires a minimum of 15 months. Aging: 24 to 30 months Features The Cuvée BIO has a pale pink color with tangerine gold reflections. The nose is slightly woody with notes of roasted nuts, candied fruit, citrus peel, violet and orange blossom. On the palate, the Cuvée BIO is tense and vibrant, with harmonious aromas. The finale is lively. Tasting Best served at 8°C. This superb champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif and can subtly accompany the whole meal. We suggest you combine it with a a sole meunière or a lemon meringue tart.
